General Description

GPM8F3733A, a series of highly integrated microcontrollers, integrates a pipelined 1T 8051 CPU, 2K-byte XRAM, 256-byte IDM SRAM and 32K-byte program FLASH. It also has up to 27 programmable multi-functional I/Os, Timer0/1/2, TimerA/B, UART0/1, SPI, I2C, Capacitive Touch sensor (CTS) and a 12-bit ADC for general-purpose application. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.0V - 5.5V, under temperature condition from -40??through 85?? with two power management modes.
