Training & Development

In order to maintain the top quality employees, Generalplus provides excellent learning opportunities to employees and offer them a challenging working environment. With the wide range of training topics being provided, Generalplus hopes not only to enhance the employees field of expertise, it also aims to bring improvements to his private life and his family. Main trainings offered consisted of new recruits orientations, on-the-job training, general knowledge/management training, supervisory training,  public safety/sanitation training, career objectives, and general livelihood seminars.

Freshman Training: New employees are guided to quickly get acquainted with the team members and organization of his workforce

Generalplus provides outside training course fees and gives more course information to encourage employees to continue their professional training.

To help meet company's goal and objectives, managerial training and workshops are regularly scheduled to continually upgrade the supervisory skills of managers.
 
» Self-Growth
