退休制度

安全管理

凌通公司為確保公司內從業人員工作安全與健康,防止事故與職業病之發生,茲依據勞工安全衛生法第二十五條及相關法令規定制定「安全衛生工作守則」,規範包括從業人員工作安全、作業環境安全與衛生之維護與改善、災害防範與搶救,以及其他足以危害公司安全衛生之緊急措施等要項。
  • 公司環境安全
    公司內設有保全人員24小時管制人員進出,並於固定時間執行各樓層巡邏,以確保公司、員工、客戶的安全。
  • 進出公司人員車輛管制
    • 公司各處進出口均設有門禁,進入公司內部停車場之車輛,需持有員工專屬的感應卡出入。
    • 針對員工設置專屬汽、機車停車位,並執行一車一位管理。
    • 來賓車輛一律停在公司一樓專屬來賓停車場。
  • 規劃設置完善門禁及監視系統
    公司為提供辦公室內同仁工作環境的安全,於各主要出入口設置門禁及監視系統,員工依照工作性質的不同及被授權工作的範圍,進出辦公區域。另電梯主要樓層進出也有門禁管制,以確保員工安全。
  • 公司緊急應變
    公司每月定期舉辦新進同仁勞工安全衛生訓練課程,並派員參加園區每年舉辦的民防團訓練課程,以提升每位同仁的災害應變觀念及能力。
  • 設置完善消防設備系統
    消防設備依規定定期檢查並按時呈報主管機關,公司消防設備已結合中央監控系統,並執行24小時監控,使公司安全365天不間斷。
