  1. 選擇適用舊制之員工,依據『勞動基準法第五十五條』及相關規定辦理。

    • 其工作年資,每滿一年給與兩個基數,但超過十五年之工作年資,每滿一年給與一個基數,最高總數以四十五個基數為限,未滿半年者以半年計,滿半年者以一年計。
    • 依勞基法規定強制退休之員工,其心神喪失或身體殘廢係因執行職務所致者,依前款規定加給百分之二十。
    • 退休金基數之標準,係指核准退休時一個月平均工資。
    • 本公司應給付員工之退休金,自員工退休之日起三十日內給付之。惟當本公司依法提撥之退休準備金不敷支付且公司之經營、財務確有困難時,得報經主管機關核定分期給付。

  2. 選擇適用新制之員工,依據『勞工退休金條例暨施行細則』規定辦理。

    • 適用勞工退休金條例退休金規定之員工,本公司按月提繳其工資6%之金額至勞工個人之退休金專戶。
    • 月退休金:勞工個人之退休金專戶本金及累積收益,依據年金生命表,以平均餘命及利率等基礎計算所得之金額,作為定期發給之退休金。
    • 一次退休金:符合勞工退休金條例暨施行細則一次請領退休金者,得一次領取勞工個人退休金專戶之本金及累積收益。

  3. 保留舊制但選擇新制之員工

    • 選擇新制後依前條第二項之規定辦理。
    • 原舊制年資則依前條第一項之1及之2的規定辦理。

  8. 全面更換大尺吋電腦螢幕,保護員工視力健康。

  9. 每月於閱覽室提供健康月刊,並於電子公佈欄設置環安衛園地,宣導最新衛教資訊,協助員工自我健康管理。

  10. 設置專屬健身房、韻律教室及桌球室,提供員工運動休閒環境。

  11. 不定期舉辦健康講座,提供員工最新健康資訊。

  12. 於公司各樓層放置急救箱,並安排員工接受急救人員專業訓練,為員工健康與安全提供即時專業之服務與保障。
