More than you can imagine
We can't even imagine what the world looks like without a display. Through the window of Liquid Crystal Display, we see the world of binary digits, transforming the cold technology to warm pictures, greeting messages, and meaningful numbers. The design of 24-common by 64-segment inside GPL833F forms more than thousands of LCD patterns for millions of ideas and endless creativity.
32pin CTS
32-IO Capacitive Touch Sensor
Touching has become one of the most popular gestures to interact with electronic devices we use every day. Touching is not just a piece of cake; it's a state-of-the-art. That's why we embed a 32-I/O capacitive touch sensor in GPL833F, which is able to perform capacitive sensing, decision making, responsive actions and many complex tasks, all of these for your finger touch.
Green power for longer battery life
Less means more. With a comprehensive power saving design, GPL833 consumes only 3uA while its real time clock kept on and 8uA while a 0.5-second halt mode kept active; the way we do intends to save its power or more generally speaking, our planet a little more.
Lasting longer and accessing faster
GPL833 comes with a 96K-byte of high-speed FLASH memory that keeps data lasting for more than 20 years, and at least 200,000 programming and erasing cycles.
Rich and extensible possibility
  • Max. 40 I/O pins (PA[7:0], PB[7:0], PC[7:0], PD[7:0], PE[7:0]) Dedicated I/Os: PA[7:0], PB[7:0]
  • One 8-channel 12-bit resolution ADC
  • 4 channel PWMIO output
  • Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI)
  • Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART)
  • I2C (master / slaver mode)
  • EL light driver
  • Built-in 2x RFC function
Four 16-bit up-count timers are featured in GPL833; two of which are 16-bit general-purpose timers/counters, and the other two are opted either two touch sensing timers or general-purpose timers/counters.
Handling complex computation
GPL833 comes with 3072 bytes of SRAM to handle various conditions in computation and operation.
In-Circuit Emulator
The Generalplus In-Circuit-Emulator (ICE), a primary development tool by Generalplus, works for most of GP's 8-bit 6502-based microprocessors. A program can be loaded onto the memory of an EMU board (or Target board) via an ICE unit, which can be linked with a personal computer via a USB cable. Working with GP's software development tool, a program can be easily developed, debugged, compiled, and run on a PC. A complete set of software and hardware toolbox is a ready-to-go system and all you need to do is start designing your product. We will take care of the rest.
C Complier
ANSI-C Compliance
C Compiler, the most popular complier used in the computing and engineering for decades, has been integrated into the Generalplus Integrated Development Environment or simply G+ IDE to compile a source code to an executable and runnable program on a Generalplus system.
ISP Flasher
In-System Programming
Upgrading a program to a device has never been easier. GPL833 supports the In-System-Programming function. Simply plug the SPI Flasher to a device system, program is upgraded instantly, free from extra and hassle works.
