General education enhancement

Social responsibilty
We're part of the community and that's why we take it as our life-time obligation seriously. We, solely or cooperating with charities, do seeking the people who need helps. What we had done in the past was donating money and suppliers to the victims of natural disasters, collecting books for the youth living in remote areas, and voluntarily working for the communities that need assistance. However, we know it's never enough and there is more to do. We will continuously pursue the chances to help our communities a better life and tomorrow.
Mentoring partnership
Each new employee will be led by a senior staff to assist her/him adapting to GP's life more easily, rapidly, and of course, happily. Some departments at Generalplus may hold a casual conversation for members to participate opinions, thoughts, or feelings about life, work, or perhaps your pets, why not? Competency training
We encourage all our employees to always be growing, personally and professionally. Annually, we deveop a variety of courses after getting feedbacks from our team leaders. Courses cover from knowledge to technique, engineering to financing, as well as administration to innovation. We'd like to ensure our staff gain the professency they demand to make their works done efficiently and smartly.
Getting to know the company
We arrange a special-designed orientation seminar for the ones who just arrived here, including introductions to the company campus, people we work with, the products we make, the unique culture we have, etc. After that, you will agree with what you choose is right.
Leadership Development
We offer a series of leadership training courses for our team leaders. Courses are designed in the way that leaders are able to learn how to inspire teammates, to enhance management skills, and buildup creditability with other colleagues and teams, and to achieve the company's objectives and goals.
