General Description

GPC22P092A is embedded with an 8-bit processor, 512KB OTP, 256B SRAM, three 12-bit timers, 16 general I/Os, one pure input port, and one 12-bit current DAC.  For audio processing, two channels of speech or two tone generators can be used through register configuration.  GPC22P092A is designed to operate over a wide voltage range from 2.0V to 5.5V with Low Voltage Reset capability.  In addition, GPC22P092A features a sleep mode to save more power and extend the battery life of the system.  It can be awakened from sleep mode by interrupt sources or IO’s state change.  A Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) controller is also featured in GPC22P092A to communicate with other devices or components.
