To offer high quality and reliable integrated IC, we work with worldwide top-notch wafer foundries, such as TSMC, UMC, etc, and packaging testing plants, such as ASE, GTK, and YTEC, to carry out full verification at each stage of the production process, truly fulfilling quality management.
According to our annual audit plan and through constant communication with suppliers, Generalplus Technology has helped our suppliers to enhance their quality systems, green procurement, environmental protection, and plant safety measures.
Generalplus Technology evaluates the delivery and quality performance of its major suppliers on a monthly basis and rigorously cooperates with suppliers to make improvements through regular meetings, in order to enhance the stability of product delivery and quality. When a supplier is unable to meet our stringent requirements, it may be removed from our supply chain list via an evaluation process.

The Company has established "Customer Service Management Procedures" and "Customer Complaint Handling Regulations" to actively maintain customer relations. We respond to customer needs through regular visits and by providing real-time on-site support. When new products are launched, technical training is organized to help customers quickly master the latest technologies. The customer satisfaction survey response rate in 2024 was 100%. The survey covered dimensions such as sales, marketing services, product quality services, R&D services, and new product suggestions. The 2024 survey results indicated that 96% of the overall satisfaction ratings were "Satisfied" or above, demonstrating customer recognition of Generalplus’ services in sales, marketing, product quality, and R&D. The Company will continue to listen to feedback and continuously optimize related services and products to fulfill customer needs.
The Company places high importance on personal data protection. In accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act," the Company has established the "Personal Data Protection Management Regulations." We strictly protect the personal data of data subjects. Without the consent of the data subject, data will not be provided or disclosed to third parties or non-affiliated enterprises, and is securely stored in the Company's database.
The scope of this policy applies to all employees, customers, and suppliers regarding the collection, processing, utilization, and protection of personal data involved in operational processes. In addition to complying with relevant government laws and regulations and using data within legal limits, the Company strictly protects the personal data of data subjects; without their consent, data will not be provided or disclosed to third parties or non-affiliated enterprises, and is securely stored in the Company's database.
Furthermore, the Company's Personal Data Protection Management Unit is composed of the Human Resources, Administrative Resources, Legal & Intellectual Property, and Information Management departments. The primary mission of this unit is to vigorously protect the security of personal data and safeguard the rights of data subjects. It aims to prevent the theft, tampering, damage, loss, or leakage of personal data, and to promote awareness of personal data protection among all employees.
