Being a leader in the IC design industry, the employee is always the most valuable asset in our company and care is the primary way we treasure them. The earth is our home, the only home, and care more is the way we save it. Our global perspective is based on sustainable development, company policy, and social responsibility. Thus, we make the following commitment: "Suppliers who take care of our environment more get more opportunities working with us". According to the environmental protection regulations stipulated by the government and demanded by customers, we continue to make improvements and prevent continual pollution. We incessantly educate each of our employees to protect our environment. Any hazardous substance contained in products will pose a threat to the Earth and human health. Hence, consumers and governments around the world are all highly concerned about this issue. To offer customers hazardous-substance-free (HSF) products and meet the EU's RoHS, Generalplus establishes the Green Supply Chain Management to ensure compliance with statutory laws and customer requirements and strictly requires our products to meet the standard of green manufacturing.

Our products are specifically designed to achieve high performance and energy efficiency.
All outsourcing productions must adhere to environmental regulations and customer's requirements.
We rigorously choose our packaging materials that meet the European Union Environmental Law, and if possible, reuse most of them.
To reduce unnecessary energy wasting from production and shipping, we're partnering with local suppliers who are geographically as close as possible to our customers.
We're working with highly-selective and qualified recyclers to reclaim the usable parts from our obsolete products.

With the vision of sustainable development, the quality management, environmental protection,
corporate social responsibility and other management would be incorporated into our sustainable development policy.

To offer high quality and reliable integrated IC, we work with worldwide top-notch wafer foundries, such as TSMC, UMC, etc, and packaging testing plants, such as ASE, GTK, and YTEC, to carry out full verification at each stage of the production process, truly fulfilling quality management.

According to our annual audit plan and through constant communication with suppliers, Generalplus Technology has helped our suppliers to enhance their quality systems, green procurement, environmental protection, and plant safety measures.

Generalplus Technology evaluates the delivery and quality performance of its major suppliers on a monthly basis and rigorously cooperates with suppliers to make improvements through regular meetings, in order to enhance the stability of product delivery and quality. When a supplier is unable to meet our stringent requirements, it may be removed from our supply chain list via an evaluation process.

Reliability of packaged products:
We implement packaged product reliability testing according to the MSL basic requirements of the LEVEL 3 Environment Stress Test. IC reliability:
To ensure the IC’s life cycle, Generalplus Technology implements HTOL testing for new products in accordance with MIL-STD-883 method 1005.8.

For Device ESD & Latch-up testing, Generalplus’ products measure up to the standards of the industry.
