Employee Satisfaction Survey
In August 2025, the Administrative Resources Management Department conducted the 2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey to understand employee feedback regarding health checkups. In-depth communication and interviews were conducted to address major issues, and improvement plans have been formulated accordingly. The survey covered dimensions including venue planning, staff service, medical professionalism, privacy protection, meal quality, and time management. The employee coverage rate was 78.6%, an increase of 14% compared to last year.

Based on the survey results, the Company will continue to improve the content and promote projects for the 2026 employee health checkup as follows:
- Meal Quality: Select fresh, distinctive, and diverse meal options to provide colleagues with rich and delicious choices after the checkup, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Medical Protocol & Privacy: Regarding doctor consultations, it is recommended that physicians wear gloves and sanitize frequently to reduce colleagues' concerns regarding physical examinations (palpation). Access control to consultation rooms will be strengthened to prevent concerns regarding the leakage of sensitive personal data.
- Self-Paid Options: Increase options for self-paid items to meet colleagues' needs. We will evaluate conducting a preliminary survey for self-paid options to ensure colleagues have sufficient time to consider their choices.
