近日花蓮縣發生地震，造成災區嚴重受創，許多民眾家園受到影響。為了協助災區民眾儘早重建家園，凌陽集團特別捐款一千萬元給予花蓮縣政府，支持災區救援和重建工作。

此次地震發生於4月3日，對花蓮縣的民眾和地區造成嚴重影響，災情相當嚴重。為了幫助受災民眾儘快重建家園，凌陽集團決定捐贈這筆款項，期盼能協助減輕災民的負擔，重建災區。

凌陽集團董事長黃洲杰對於災區的困境深表關切，特別指示捐贈一千萬元，希望能夠幫助災民們儘早度過困難，重建家園。黃洲杰董事長表示：我們與花蓮的人民同在，希望我們的捐款能為災區的救援和重建工作提供一些幫助。我們與災民們同心協力，共同渡過這段艱難時刻。

凌陽集團是一家注重企業社會責任的企業，始終關注社會公益事業，積極參與社會貢獻。此次捐款除了凌通以外，還包含凌陽及凌陽創新二家公司，以具體行動展現凌陽集團對於花蓮地震災區的關心與關懷，也體現了企業對於社會的責任感。

凌通科技股份有限公司(代號: 4952)今(2/22)日召開董事會，承認2023年合併財務報表。2023年全年合併銷貨收入為新台幣21億6仟7佰萬元，合併營業淨利為新台幣1億6仟8佰萬元，合併稅後純益為新台幣1億6仟8佰萬元，合併基本每股盈餘為新台幣1.54元。 2023年全年毛利率為37.9%，營業利益率為7.7%，稅後純益率為7.8%。

2023年全球景氣持續受到高通膨及升息效應影響，市場需求低迷，造成公司營收及獲利下滑。與2022年相較，2023年合併銷貨收入減少31.6%，合併營業淨利減少73.4%，合併稅後純益下滑71.0%，合併基本每股盈餘下滑71.1%。惟目前升息循環已近尾聲，全球經濟持續復甦，客戶需求可望逐漸回溫。

2023年第四季合併銷貨收入為新台幣4億9仟8佰萬元，較2022年第四季增加1.7%，合併營業淨利為新台幣2仟7佰萬元，較2022年第四季減少26.5%，合併稅後純益為新台幣1仟6佰萬元，較去年同期下滑35.8%，合併基本每股盈餘為新台幣0.14元，較去年同期下滑36.4%。

 董事會中並通過2023年每一普通股配發現金股利新台幣1.3元，將提請2024年5月24日股東常會決議。

    無線充電領導廠商 「凌通科技」 宣布與中國電源管理設備大廠「奧海科技」 (AOHAI) 共同合作，成功通過無線充電聯盟WPC 最新 Qi 2.0 的認證，名列全球首批符合Qi 2.0規格的上市清單! 凌通在無線充電領域研發已超過10年，看好無線充電的發展潛力，持續積極投入相關技術的開發，在技術創新及認證效率上皆領先同業。

    凌通新推出內建 Cortex-M0處理器的工業級無線充電 MCU - GPM32FD8006D，晶片內置兩個全橋 MOS 驅動器及內置解碼電路，外圍電路精簡，生產容易；支援 -40 ~ 105℃ 工作溫度，提供 LIB 供客戶直接開發使用，可協助客戶在最短的時間取得 Qi 2.0 MPP 認證。

    Qi 2.0 標準的核心是 Magnetic Power Profile (MPP)，這是由 WPC 基於 Apple MagSafe 技術開發的磁吸式無線充電，主要優勢為其採用的動態調諧技術 （Dynamic Tuning）和智慧識別技術（Intelligent Recognition），動態調諧技術可以實現對充電器和接收設備之間的匹配調整，提高能量傳輸的效率；智慧識別技術則能夠識別設備的充電需求，進行智慧管理和供電控制，在MPP （Magnetic Power Profile）模式下提供15W的傳輸能力；Qi 2.0標準並提供更多的安全性能，透過加密技術和防護機制的應用，提高用戶充電時的安全性。

2023年5月24日  新竹訊  -  嵌入式開發軟體與服務之全球領導者 IAR與業界領先的MCU供應商凌通科技(Generalplus) 聯合宣佈，最新發表的完整開發工具鏈IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm 9.4版本已全面支持凌通科技GPM32F系列MCU。

The new recognizer designed for kids’ voices, supports both Sensory’s TrulyHandsfree phrase spotting technology and TrulyNatural large vocabulary continuous speech recognizer. Accurately recognizing children’s speech is challenging because it differs from adult speech in many ways. A scarcity of available training data makes this problem even more difficult to solve. Over many years Sensory collected and analyzed significant amounts of children’s speech to better understand and model the specifics of how children talk. Initial testing on a corpus of spontaneous kid’s speech, reveals up to a 33% reduction in word error rate, when compared to an adult speech recognition model.
