General Description


GPC71P064A, a 4-bit architecture sound controller, is embedded with a 1-channel SPU which supports MIDI playback, 4-bit RISC CPU, 14-bit PWM, 8/16 IOs, 256-nibble RAM, OTP built with density of 128Kx12. The operating voltage ranges from 2.0V through 5.5V and the CPU operating speed is 1M/2MHz, opted by inner oscillator. Other features include Low Voltage Reset, IR carry output, Watchdog, 5 interrupt sources with two timebases, etc.
