General DescriptionGPCE2064D, a 16-bit architecture sound controller, features a 16-bit microprocessor, m’nSP™ (pronounced as micro-n-SP). This high processing speed assures the m’nSP™ is capable of handling complex digital signal processes easily and rapidly. Therefore, GPCE20XXD is applicable to the areas of digital sound process and voice recognition. The operating voltage of 2.4V through 5.5V and speed of 0.140625MHz through 48MHz yield GPCE20XXD to be easily used in varieties of applications. The memory capacity includes an internal ROM plus a 2K-word working SRAM. Other features include 21 programmable multi-functional I/Os, three 16-bit timers/counters, 8MHz clock, 32KHz clock, Low Voltage Reset/Detection, four channels 12-bit ADC (one channel built-in MIC amplifier), two type of output by a 12-bit current DAC or by an audio PWM driver, and many others.
