GPL815P04A is an 8-bit microprocessor with OTP memory, working RAM, 112 bytes LCD RAM, 20/21(by body) dedicated I/Os, 20 COM/SEG shared I/Os, 16 SEG share Outputs, interrupt/ wakeup controller, four 16-bit timers, SPI interface, one 8-channel SAR ADC with 12-bit resolution for general-purpose application, and automatic display controller/driver for mono LCD.
GPL815P04A contains up to 48 segments and 9/8(by body) commons, forming a maximum of 432 dots LCD resolution. GPL815P0XA/B operates over a wide voltage range from 2.0V through 5.5V, and a Low Voltage Reset function to assure system keeps operating properly when power drops below a specific level.
