Generalplus Technology Reports Year 2025 Financial Results and Dividends Distribution

Generalplus Technology Inc. (Taiex: 4952) today held board of directors’ meeting and acknowledged its year 2025 consolidated financial statements. Revenues of year 2025 decreased 13.6% to NT$2,128 million from NT$2,462 million of year 2024. Operating profits of year 2025 were NT$88 million, down 62.1% compared to NT$231 million of year 2024. Net income of year 2025 was NT$112 million, declining 54.5% from NT$247 million of year 2024. Earnings per share of year 2025 was NT$1.03, decreasing 54.6% from earnings per share of NT$2.27 of year 2024.

 

Gross profit ratio, operating profit ratio and net profit ratio of year 2025 were 33.4%, 4.1% and 5.3%, respectively.

 

Consolidated revenues of 2025/Q4 were NT$458 million, declining 2.6% year over year. Operating loss of 2025/Q4 was NT$31 million. Net income and earnings per share of 2025/Q4 were NT$2 million and NT$0.02, decreasing 60.8% and 66.7% respectively compared to the same period of last year.

The Board of Directors also resolved on distribution of NT$1.0 cash dividends per share for year 2025. This proposal will be discussed and resolved at the Company’s annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled on May 27, 2026.
